Mad Props! Online resources for online classes!

If holding soup cans or books just isn’t cutting it and you’d like to upgrade, check out these little Weights instead. They look unassuming, but still pack a punch!

Many of you know how much I love to utilize props, particularly these Balls from Gymnic. They deflate for space saving, too.

If you’d like to add more resistance to your workouts, these bands are the way to go. Here’s a cloth version that won’t slide off your legs/thighs, too.

You’re welcome to use a towel or socks if you have access to hardwood floors for our gliding sections. But if you’d like some other options, here are these discs and also these. If you have carpeted floors, check out these.

You can always use a towel or tie in a pinch, but there are an endless variety of yoga straps online to choose from. I’m not including a link because there are literally hundreds of options.
